AI generates words, but can it fully understand culture, emotion or organizational dynamics? Surely, the role of communicators is evolving and it’s shifting from writing messages to shaping meaning.
Won’t you agree that in the world of Gen AI, the communicator wears multiple hats - editor, strategist and most importantly conscience of the organization.
